When will I receive my order?
To consistently offer low prices, Trango Fashion ships products directly from the manufacturer or supplier to the customer. This means delivery may take slightly longer than usual. Order processing takes approximately 1-3 business days, from Monday to Friday. The transit time takes 4-8 business days, Monday to Friday. The total estimated delivery time within the United States is 5-11 business days, Monday to Friday.

We ship orders to the United States. Deliveries are always handled by reliable shipping partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.
The estimated delivery date has passed – where is my order?
Orders are usually delivered within the expected timeframe. However, delays may occasionally occur. If more than 3 additional days have passed since the estimated delivery date and your order has not yet arrived, please contact us at: info@trangofashion.com.

Some items are missing from my package – why?
Some orders are shipped in more than one package due to weight restrictions or because the products come from different suppliers. If you ordered multiple items, they may not all arrive at the same time.
Don’t worry – the remaining items are on the way and will usually be delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
My package arrived damaged – what should I do?
In rare cases, your order may be damaged during transport. This is, of course, not your responsibility. Please contact customer support immediately at info@trangofashion.com.
Important: Take photos of the damage and attach them to your email.
Please do not return the product before contacting us, as we may otherwise be unable to offer you the appropriate solution. Our team will process your request as quickly as possible and help you with the best possible option.
If you ordered the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or you simply changed your mind.
In this case, please contact customer support first (info@trangofashion.com). We will try to find the solution that best suits you. If this is not possible, you will simply need to cover the return shipping costs.
