Easy returns and exchanges within 30 days

You may return or exchange your order within 30 days from the date of delivery, the date you receive your order, without providing a reason.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging, tags, and accessories. Our support team will guide you through the process. 

Restocking fee: €0 - We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color or product, you can do so within 30 days from the day you receive your order. Please contact us at info@trangofashion.com and we'll help you arrange an exchange.

Return costs

For defective or incorrect products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrectly sent, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective. We will replace it free of charge.

Returns Due to Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. This applies when the customer orders the wrong item, the size doesn't fit, or the product is no longer desired. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to return an item

1. Contact us: Write to info@trangofashion.com indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
2. Repackage the item: Repackage the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags and paperwork.
3. Ship it: Send your return following the instructions in the return authorization email. You can use the courier or shipping method indicated in that email.

Refund process

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Refund Processing Time: Once approved, your refund will be processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened, used, or if their hygiene seal has been removed. This includes items such as underwear, swimwear, earrings, and personal care products.
