These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Trango Fashion website and purchases made through our online store.

In these Terms, “Trango Fashion,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Worldwide Apparel Group LLC, trading as Trango Fashion.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the policies referenced in them. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Our Online Store
Trango Fashion is an online fashion store serving customers in the United States.
Our website is hosted using third-party ecommerce infrastructure. These service providers help us operate the website and process transactions, but your purchase contract is with Worldwide Apparel Group LLC, not with our ecommerce platform or other service providers.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your state of residence to place an order.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when placing an order, including your name, email address, billing information and delivery address.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, variants and other information displayed on our website accurately represent the products offered for sale.
Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings and lighting. This does not affect our responsibility to supply the product that you ordered and to ensure that it materially corresponds with the description presented at the time of purchase.
Product photographs are illustrative of the actual product offered. Where a specific accessory, decoration or other item shown in an image is not included, this should be made clear in the product information.
We may update product descriptions, availability or assortment from time to time. Changes will not alter the terms applicable to an order that has already been accepted.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have if a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description.
3. Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Placing a product in your shopping cart does not reserve inventory.
If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you using the information supplied with your order. If we cannot fulfill the affected item, any amount already paid for that item will be refunded to the original payment method.
We may limit quantities where reasonably necessary, including where we reasonably believe an order is intended for unauthorized resale or involves misuse of the website.
4. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment for legitimate reasons, including:
- product unavailability;
- inability to authorize or verify payment;
- suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity;
- an address we cannot reasonably deliver to;
- an obvious material pricing or listing error; or
- a violation of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
We will not cancel an order merely to avoid honoring a valid advertised offer after a contract has already been formed, except where permitted by applicable law.
Please review your delivery address, products, sizes, quantities and other order details carefully before completing checkout.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@trangofashion.com. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once fulfillment has begun.
5. Prices and Currency
Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices on Trango Fashion are shown in United States dollars (USD).
The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed for the selected product when you submit your order, subject to correction of obvious material errors as permitted by law.
Applicable sales taxes, where required, will be calculated or displayed during checkout.
Any amounts charged by Trango Fashion in connection with your order will be disclosed before you complete the purchase.
We do not use a crossed-out price, discount, savings percentage or similar promotional comparison as permission to charge a different price at checkout. The amount presented for your order before payment is the amount that applies to the transaction, except for a clearly identified error that is lawfully corrected.
6. Payment
The payment methods available for a particular transaction are the methods displayed at checkout.
Availability can depend on the payment method, device, checkout configuration or other transaction-specific conditions.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
Payment may be subject to authorization, authentication or other checks performed by the applicable payment provider.
If payment cannot be successfully authorized, we may be unable to accept or fulfill the order.
We do not guarantee that every payment option displayed elsewhere on the website will be available for every transaction. Checkout shows the final options available for the specific order.

7. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver orders within the United States.
Current shipping methods, processing periods, estimated transit times, delivery estimates and applicable shipping costs are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates and delivery periods displayed on the website are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.
We will maintain a reasonable basis for the shipping timeframes we advertise.
If we become unable to ship an order within the timeframe we represented to you, we will provide notice and, where required by applicable law, give you the opportunity to agree to the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.
We do not use carrier delays or other fulfillment issues as a blanket waiver of your rights regarding an order that has not been shipped or delivered.
Unexpected circumstances may affect transportation after dispatch. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact info@trangofashion.com so that we can investigate and provide the appropriate assistance.

8. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once an order has entered processing or has been transferred for shipment.
Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Returns and Refunds
Trango Fashion currently offers a 30-day return policy, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
The Return & Refund Policy explains:
- the applicable return period;
- eligibility and condition requirements;
- how to make a return;
- return-shipping responsibility;
- exchanges where available;
- treatment of incorrect, damaged or defective items; and
- refund processing.
Our commercial return policy does not remove any separate rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
A defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed product is not treated solely as a discretionary change-of-mind return.

10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from what you ordered, contact us at info@trangofashion.com.
Please provide your order details and information reasonably necessary for us to investigate the issue. Photographs may be helpful where appropriate, but requesting evidence does not eliminate any rights or remedies that you have under applicable law.
We will address confirmed problems in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
11. Promotions
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes or other special offers.
Additional conditions may apply to a promotion. Where specific promotional conditions conflict with these Terms in relation to that promotion, the specific promotional conditions will apply.
Promotions may be changed or ended prospectively, subject to applicable law and the terms originally communicated to customers.
We will not retroactively alter a promotion that has already validly applied to an accepted order.
12. Website Errors
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate.
Occasionally, an obvious typographical, technical, pricing or inventory error may occur.
Where we discover a material error before an affected order has been fulfilled, we may contact you to explain the issue and, where appropriate, offer the correct information or cancel the affected item.
If we cancel an item for which payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
This section does not permit us to substitute a materially different product or price without your agreement.
13. Acceptable Use
You may use the Trango Fashion website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another person's account;
- transmit malicious software or intentionally interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- use another person's identity or payment information without authorization;
- infringe intellectual-property or other legal rights;
- submit knowingly false or misleading information; or
- use automated methods in a manner that materially disrupts, overloads or compromises the website.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or our legal rights.

The Trango Fashion website and its original text, branding, graphics, layout and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Such materials may be owned by Worldwide Apparel Group LLC or used under authorization or license from third parties.
You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
Except where permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or falsely represent our protected content without permission from the applicable rights holder.
Third-party trademarks, photographs and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties.
Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the independent content or practices of a third-party website that you choose to visit.
However, the use of third-party providers in operating our store does not remove our responsibilities as the seller of products purchased directly from Trango Fashion.

Please review that policy for information about the personal information we collect, why we use it, the parties involved in processing it and the choices or rights available to you.
These Terms do not replace the Privacy Policy.
17. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
This limitation relates to the operation of the website and does not remove rights relating to products you have already ordered or purchased.
18. Warranties and Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or disclaims any warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
In particular, these Terms do not make products sold through Trango Fashion universally available on an “as is” basis and do not eliminate rights that may arise where goods are defective, materially misdescribed or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.
To the extent that applicable law permits limitations relating solely to the website itself, we do not warrant that every website feature will always operate uninterrupted or without technical error.
19. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
This includes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or other matters for which applicable law does not permit a limitation.
To the extent permitted by law, Worldwide Apparel Group LLC will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use or inability to use the website where such loss was not reasonably foreseeable.
This limitation does not eliminate our obligations regarding products sold by us, valid refunds, accepted orders or other consumer rights that apply to your transaction.
20. Events Outside Reasonable Control
Neither party will be responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances genuinely outside that party's reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.
Examples may include severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, government actions, widespread infrastructure failures or similar events.
If such an event materially affects fulfillment of your order, we will communicate with you as reasonably practicable.
This section does not remove rights that you may have to cancel or obtain a refund where applicable law provides those rights.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary, including because of changes to our services, operations or applicable legal requirements.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
Changes apply prospectively.
Unless required by law or specifically agreed with you, a later version of these Terms will not retroactively change the contractual terms applicable to an order that was already accepted before the change took effect.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted by law or, where necessary, severed.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
23. No Waiver
If we do not immediately exercise a right under these Terms, that does not mean we permanently waive that right.
A waiver is effective only to the extent expressly given.
24. Assignment
You may not transfer your obligations under these Terms where doing so would materially affect our rights without our consent.
We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a legitimate sale, restructuring, merger or transfer of our business, provided that doing so does not reduce rights you already have in relation to an existing consumer transaction.
25. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, together with applicable federal law, without giving effect to choice-of-law principles that would improperly deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under applicable law.
Consumers in other U.S. states may have additional rights under the laws that apply to them. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a mandatory consumer protection that cannot lawfully be waived.
Any dispute may be brought before a court having lawful jurisdiction over the dispute.
These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not impose a contractual waiver of the right to participate in a class action.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies expressly referenced in them and any specific terms presented with your order or promotion, constitute the agreement applicable to your use of the store and your purchase.
If a store-specific policy addresses a subject in greater detail, that policy should be read together with these Terms.
No provision should be interpreted to remove a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
